Shooting hoops and philosophy...

Cade asked if we could go across the street to the church parking lot and 'shoot some hoops'. It was about 8 pm and drizzling. Sure, why not? At one point, he squatted on the ball and said, "Everyone needs just a little chance..." He went on from there, talking about how everyone in the world should have a chance. He perservered, attempting to make baskets for at least 45 minutes. Didn't make one, came close. He's only four feet tall, after all. Good attitude tonight.
